Baron Energy, Inc. (“Baron” of the “Company”) is an independent oil and gas exploration, exploitation and development company headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas. The Company’s primary core area of operations is the prolific Permian Basin of West Texas. The Company currently has more than 2,200 gross acres in six West Texas counties with working interests that range from 12.5% to 100%. This acreage has 14 producing wells, 13 of which are operated by Baron, and produces approximately 36 barrels of oil equivalent per day (“BOEPD”) net to Baron.

Baron plans to grow the company to approximately 1,000 BOEPD within 2 years by making accretive producing property acquisitions, executing production enhancement programs, and low cost, low risk in-fill drilling in its core operating area of the Permian Basin.
